Rache, this is AWESOME. you’ve always been a fantastic writer, and let’s face it, you seem to be surrounded by amazing food pretty much all the time. I am so psyched about this blog!!
Check out Jim Lahey’s recipe for no knead pizza dough. It’s perfect for a pizza lover living a crazy busy life. Actually his whole book on breads My Bread (he owns Sullivan Street Bakery in NYC) is great. Mark Bittman wrote a good piece about him. You inspired me, pizza for lunch!
Should never have looked! I’ll have to leave work now, as am famished. Good to read your writing cuzz. Keep it up, and I pledge to look next time I have a full belly. Well done!

Wow, HEEJIN, thanks! Coincidentally I’m psyched about the blog too 🙂
LISA – found it! Thanks for the tip: http://tastingtable.com/entry_detail/99/Jim_Lahey_reveals_his_recipe_for_no-knead_pizza_dough_.htm
Also dug up the NY Times article – I’m really interested in how Lahey’s original recipe calls for 14-20 hours rising time, and then Bittman modified it to under 5. Might have to try both!
Come back soon and let us know what kind of pizza you made for lunch!
MARTHA – Is it wrong that I’m excited that my blog made you leave work in search of delicious eats?
